By using S1M.IO or purchasing an eSIM, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

S1M.IO sells prepaid travel eSIM plans supplied by third-party mobile network partners.

• Plans are prepaid and limited by their data allowance and validity period.
• Coverage, speed, and network availability vary by location and operator and are not guaranteed.
• Plans are data-only unless the product description explicitly includes calls or texts.

• Use an eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device.
• Provide an accurate email address so we can deliver the eSIM.
• An eSIM profile can usually be installed once on one device. Deleting it may permanently consume it.
• Do not use the service for unlawful activity, spam, or network abuse.

Prices are shown before checkout and payment is processed securely by Stripe. Taxes or exchange-rate charges imposed by your bank may apply.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Used, installed, or expired plans are generally not refundable unless the service could not be provided.

To the extent permitted by law, S1M.IO is not liable for indirect losses, missed connections, loss of business, or service interruptions outside our reasonable control. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected plan.
